Development of Project Implementation Manual (PIM).The objective of this assignment is to define the roles and responsibilities of each participating/implementing agencies and their interrelationships including management, implementation, financial, contribution, reporting and monitoring responsibilities, define the proposed project management structure and develop day to day project management responsibilities, oversight responsibilities coordination, monitoring and reporting systems and channels and develop if any, Memorandum of Understanding to be entered into, between participating agencies that will facilitate the smooth implementation of the programme.

Identification of Water Service Providers which need to apply for tariff reviews and analysis of capacity constraints in the process of tariff adjustments. The Ministry of Water and Irrigation (MWI) is currently engaged in implementing reforming the Water Sector in line with then new sector legislation contained in the Water Act 2002.The overall objective of the reform initiatives is to ensure provision of a reliable, sustainable and affordable water (and sewerage) services (WSS).

The scope of this assignment is to identify and prioritize WSPs based on the need for tariff adjustments, evaluate capacity of WSPs to prepare for tariff reviews and other possible constraints in the process of implementing adjusted tariffs, preparation of a timetable describing the necessary steps from preparing a tariff review proposal to the final tariff implementation by the prioritized WSPs, and describe immediate action to be taken to accelerate the process of tariff reviews.

Consultancy Services for a Mapping Survey of Urban Environmental Health in the Coast and North Eastern Provinces.

This assignment has been commissioned by the Danish International Development Agency (DANIDA), and involves mapping of Urban Environmental Health in the Coast and Northern Eastern Provinces. The assignment will involves Collecting, Systemizing and Categorizing  profile of poor and vulnerable peoples health situation in urban centers based on secondary data and existing surveys, a profile of the legal institution, management and financing of urban centers, a profile of supported broad based health sectors activities based on secondary data and existing surveys, a profile of documented lesson learned from urban supported interventions and rapid filed visits to selected urban centres.

Programme for acceleration of Water supply and sanitation towards reaching the Millennium Development Goals, through the GoK/UNICEF Programme of Cooperation 2004 – 2008.

The Programme is at its inception phase and will cover a five-year period, from January 2008 to December 2013, in selected arid, semi arid and flood prone districts. The programme aims to contribute to increased access for the poor to safe drinking water and sanitation, by providing sustainable access to safe sources of drinking water and access to basic sanitation, by scaling up 'pro-poor' investments, and to contribute to the development of national policies to reach the Millennium Development Goals.

Finalization and operationalization of Sector Information Systems (SIS) and Sector Investment Plan (SIP)  in the Kenyan Water and Sanitation sector for the Ministry of Water & Irrigation.

This assignment involves providing guidance and technical support to the Ministry of Water and Irrigation in furtharnce of tools we had earlier designed for the sector, i.e SIS and SIP. Joint venture with PEMCconsult, Denmark.

Civil Works Design and Supervision Consultancy for ADB Funded Rural Health Project III for the Ministry of Health. 

It targets health institutions in one district for each of the eight provinces in Kenya. The overall objective of the project is to improve access of the population to quality health care in these districts to contribute to the healthy sector's goal of improving health status for all Kenyans.

Proposed Maisonettes at Athi river for Mumbu Holdings Ltd. Structural analysis and design of the maisonettes (25No) including design of all the associated civil works such as roads and stormwater drainage, sewerage reticulation and connection to NWC trunk sewer and water supply and reticulation. 

Proposed Residential Health & Spa Development (Body Wise Apartments) on LR No.1870/IV/26 St.Micheals Road, Westlands. Design of structures and all the associated civil works such as roads and stormwater drainage network, sewerage reticulation and treatment and water supply and reticulation.

Proposed Mugumo Villas on plot LR No. 3734/618 Lavington Nairobi, for Mugumo Villas Ltd. Structural analysis and design of the town houses (7 No.) including design of all the associated civil works such as roads and stormwater drainage, sewerage reticulation and connection to NWC trunk sewer and water supply and reticulation. 

Proposed exclusive “Kihingo Village” residential development (55 executive house
 in a gated community set-up) in Kitisuru area, Nairobi. Design, production of drawings and details for structural and civil engineering works such as road and stormwater network, sewerage reticulation and sewage treatment and water supply and reticulation.
 

Proposed Town houses on LR. 7158/179 & 180 Grivellea Groove for Mumbu Holdings Ltd. Structural analysis and design of the town houses (13No) including design of all the associated civil works such as roads and stormwater drainage, sewerage reticulation and connection to NWC trunk sewer and water supply and reticulation. 

Proposed housing development (Bandari Villas - 135 Houses) at Nairobi South C    for Kenya Ports Authority staff pension scheme. Structural analysis and design of the estate including design of all the associated civil works such as roads and stormwater drainage network, sewerage reticulation and connection to NWC trunk sewer and water supply and reticulation. 

Proposed 4 No. Primary Schools at Torit, Lowoi, Palotaka and Loa and 1 No. Health Centre at Lowoi in Southern Sudan for Caritas Switzerland. 

Proposed Basilica Plaza at Holy Family Basilica-Nairobi. Design of structures and all the associated civil works such as roads and stormwater drainage network, sewerage reticulation and treatment and water supply and reticulation. 

Proposed Luna Gardens Development on plot LR No. 6863/82 (part) Nairobi for Luna Trust Registered Trustees. Structural analysis and design of the town houses (17 No.) including design of all the associated civil works such as roads and stormwater drainage, sewerage reticulation and connection to NWC trunk sewer and water supply and reticulation.
